Job description
As a Software Developer at Nordic RPA, your daily work is closely linked to business process automation & development. By being part of the Engineering team, you’ll identify new requirements and needs to speed up feature velocity by building the tools and infrastructure elements needed, you’ll work closely with our RPA Consultants, RPA Process Consultants, and customers.

The position requires an understanding of business processes, automation, and the ability to bring this understanding to a solution, your role will be focused on developing and designing architectural solutions and integrations to RPA implementation – (Hyperautomation) – but you are not expected to have experience within RPA, only the desire to learn about it while continuing your role as a Software Developer

Some of your daily activities will consist of

• Build RPA Solutions  – You’ll be trained by Nordic RPA in the relevant Tools (RPA)
• Serving as the main point of contact for all development-related requests and questions on a project
• Building the Architecture for different automation solutions
• Developing and maintaining tools that automate build, tests, and streamline software development tasks
• Maintaining and continuously improving a highly scalable CI/CD infrastructure (Creating a concept as a product, Distribution/ package feed YAML, VPN setup site-to-site etc.)
• Consulting on technical solutions between customers and other third-party solutions to meet the data integration requirements and coordinate with the client and third-party vendor
• Reviewing integration specifications provided by our RPA consultants or by our customers and determining the best technical design for the implementation of the integration
• Developing standard data transfer modules for each third-party vendor based on their integration specification, past implementations, and discussions with internal team members, customers, and the third-party vendors
• Collaborate with customers and third-party vendors as required to troubleshoot any challenges resulting from the implementation of integration during either testing, client UAT, or the maintenance phase of a project
• Implementing project-specific data integrations and completing all related development documentation as required
• Accurately and completely documenting all technical requirements in the data transfer specification template(s)
• Ensuring on-time delivery of assigned integrations with a focus on quality and risk management
• Performing other related duties as required per project

Job Requirements
Passion for process development and RPA

• Prior RPA experience not needed
• Experience with developing applications using .NET Technologies, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of key architecture patterns and design patterns
• An understanding of build processes, CI/CD automation, Intelligent scheduling, Dashboards etc.
• Experience using Source Control, preferably Git
• Experience with infra technologies is a plus: Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), on-prem (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V), identity services (Active Directory, AzureAD)
• Experience working with customers and understanding customer requirements
• Experience presenting technical details to a non-technical audience
• Knowledge of Jenkins or Docker or Kubernetes
• Bachelor’s degree program with a focus on business and/or technology subjects
• Analytical mindset for problem-solving
• Desire to learn about Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• The desire for development – You’re expected to develop your technical skills in order to adapt to the international environment, solve complex tasks, keep up to date with the latest de updates, overcome different challenges and work with state-of-the-art technology. You’re expected to develop your project management skills in order to assume responsibilities for client deliveries.
